When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed 1-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are not processed until the following business day. Holidays are New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders take anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected.
Please be aware we are not responsible for transit times. Transit times vary by destination and peak shipping periods. Thanksgiving and Christmas are peak shipping times.
Items will be shipped by USPS or UPS depending on weight and the option you choose.
Shipping times are in addition to processing times. The shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends and holidays are not transit days.

- Priority Mail- Allow 1-3 business days
- Express Mail- Allow 1-2 business days
- Priority Mail International- Allow 8-15 business days
- UPS Ground Delivery: Allow 3-8 business days
- UPS Second Day Air- Allow 2-4 business days
- UPS Worldwide Express- Allow 3-12 business days

Can I return my order?
If the products selected did not work out, we will issue a return if the product is received 14 days from the ship date. Sale and clearance merchandise is FINAL SALE. In the event you need to return an item, you must notify Sweet Love Candy Buffet Company first by email for approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned 14 days from ship date.

Damaged/missing items must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of your package. We will send a claim form for you to fill out and sign. Please keep the entire contents of your package. We may need photos of the damaged items.
I forgot to order something can you add merchandise to my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible. Sometimes by the time you contact us your order is already packaged up and ready to be shipped.
Oops! I placed an order by mistake. Can you cancel my order?
When you place an order your items are automatically removed from our inventory, and we are unable to undo your order. Please make sure that what you order is what you want before you purchase. Unfortunately, once your order is in processing, we can not cancel your order.
When will you get items back in stock?
We are constantly reordering products and researching new items for your party needs. We try to get the items back in stock within two weeks.
What happens if I create a account?
You stay up to date on recent sales and new items that we have to offer.
I do not want numerous emails on a daily basis. We will only mail newsletters once a month so your email is not consumed by Sweet Love Candy Buffet emails.
Do we offer coupon codes and specials?
Yes we do! Another good reason to sign up for a account and to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.

Will you donate to my fundraiser or charity?
I would love to donate to every cause, unfortunately that is not possible. I chose several charity's through the year to donate to. This year has been the Wounded Warrior Project to help ourinjured soldiers. Every purchase we receive helps us be able to donate to wonderful charities during the year.

Definitely not! We use your information to fulfill your order and to contact you about your order.
